Dear Colleagues,

because of the Christmas holidays and the  final days of 2018 we want - already so early before years end - to inform you about the change in our routine work in the production of immunologic vaccines:

please take because of logistic issues note of the following time frames for the start of an immunologic treatment:

- Last day of pick-up:     December 11 th, 2018 for dogs and horses, December 12th for cats

- Last day of arrival of dendritic cells in your practice    December 20th, 2018

- First possible day of pick-up January 2nd, 2019, then normal work flow is again possible in our clean room facility.

All existing treatment plans of patients are already adjusted to these necessary changes!!! Our consultation team is continually working through December. So please feel free to consult us for oncologic cases. Starter kits for a new patient will be sent as ordered at any time.

We thank you very much for your continuing support in 2018 - we are happy that we could help so many of you to extend the treatment options for your patients! We are happy to cooperate with you furthermore in 2018.
