wir melden uns bei Ihnen, um Ihnen unsere Verfügbarkeit in den noch verbleibenden Tagen bis zu Jahresende mitzuteilen. Da unsere Laborkapazitäten begrenzt sind, möchten wir Sie bitten, anstehende Blutentnahmetermine vorausschauend zu planen. Bitte denken Sie dabei auch an Ihre eigene Zeit- und Urlaubsplanung während der Weihnachtstage und des Jahreswechsels! Unser Team ist durchgehend für Sie erreichbar.

Wir haben wie gewohnt die Tierhalter, deren Tiere zurzeit in Behandlung sind, bereits gesondert angeschrieben, damit diese sich mit Ihnen absprechen.

 

Wenn bei Ihren Patienten eine Folgebehandlung/Auffrischimpfung geplant ist, würden wir Sie bitten, diese auf Anfang Januar 2025 zu terminieren und uns auch dies zeitnah für die Laborplanung anzugeben.

 

Von Montag, 16.12.2024, bis Freitag, 20.12.2024, findet keine Blutentnahme statt.

 

In den beiden letzten Kalenderwochen des Jahres können folgende Termine angeboten werden: 

1. Blutentnahme am 22.12.2024 bei Haustierarzt (Zusatzkosten 100,- €), Behandlung am 31.12.2024.

2. Blutentnahme am 23.12.2024 bis 10:00 Uhr im TGZ Südharz, Behandlung am 30.12.2024.

3.Blutentnahme beim Haustierarzt am 30.12.2024, Behandlung am 08.01.2025.

 

Mit dieser Planung hoffen wir, dass sowohl Sie als auch wir den Feiertagen entspannt entgegensehen können.

Dear Colleague,

We'd like to inform you of our availability during the upcoming public holidays. As our laboratory capacities are limited, we'd like to urge you to plan any upcoming blood collection appointments in advance. Please also consider your own time and holiday planning during the Christmas and New Year period! Our team is available for you at all times.

As usual, we have already written separately to the pet owners whose animals are currently undergoing treatment so that they can liaise with you.

If your patient is due for a follow-up treatment/booster vaccination, we would ask you to schedule this for the beginning of January 2025 and to let us know in good time for laboratory planning purposes.

 

During the period from Monday 12/16/2024 to Friday 12/20/2024, there will be no blood collection.

 

The following dates can be offered in the last two calendar weeks of the year:

1. Blood samples taken on December 22nd, 2024 by a veterinarian (additional costs €100), treatment on December 31st, 2024.

2. Blood collection on Dember 23rd, 2024 by 10:00 a.m. in the TGZ Südharz, treatment on December 30th, 2024.

3. Blood drawn at the veterinarian on December 30th, 2024, treatment on January 8th, 2025.

    

With this planning, we hope that both you and we can look forward to the public holidays in a relaxed manner.
