PetBioCell developed documented protocols for the laboratory process of monocyte-derived dendritic cell vaccines used as tumor vaccines for dogs, cats and horses.

The different protocols are adapted specifically for these different species. For example, PetBioCell discovered in the ongoing research process that different time frames for the differentiation of the dendritic cells are necessary, depending on the species. The different approaches in the use of dendritic cells also need varying cytokines (regulation proteins) for the differentiation of monocytes into dendritic cells.
