Often we are confronted with the question how one can react if,

• the histo-pathological showed no clean margins, indicating that rest tumor tissue is still in place,
• or if only a reduction of the tumor tissue and size was possible during surgery as kind of cyto reduction to leave important anatomical structures intact.

In these cases we will recommend a vaccination into the area of the surgical intervention. One gets a very strong immune response in the former tumor bed. For this treatment, we have a lot of experience in different locations and could often observe the transformation of the former tumor area into benign tissue.
